I test the solution detailed in http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-183.
It works well in tomcat 5.028, but in tomcat 5.5 it produces a deadlock.

Our problem looks like a concurrency issue from duplicate form submission.
We tried the suggested solution provided in
http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-183
And it seems to work.
We are going to do more testing to confirm it is the case.
