Hi,
thanks. Obviously JON is not for free? It looks very good, but I don't have
access to the customer portal.
Thus I have to use FTP :/
Thanks

Hi,
I have a JBoss AS installed on a remote server. Now I wanna deploy some
applications. Is the only way to copy it with e.g. FTP on the server into the
deploy directory? Or is it possible to deploy applications with a web frontend?

Hi,
I want to write a webservice and deploy it to JBoss. There are several ways to
do this. I can write a webservice as PoJo and with two clicks in Eclipse JEE
the service is created and deployed.
But I wanna use JAX WS with the annotations WebService and WebMethods. I've

Hi,
thanks for your anwer. But I don't have c:/Dokumente in my WSDL File.
Now I found out, that also if I don't deploy this WS this errors appears.
What I wanted to know: Is there a better JBoss configuration for Web services
instead of using JBoss AS? Maybe JBoss Microcontainer + JBoss WS?
Hi,
we want to use JBoss to host Webservices (Pojos). Can you tell me what is the
best configuration for this easy job? We don't want to use Axis or Tomcat only,
since we want to learn more about JBoss here.
Another point: I've tried to deploy a webservice in my JBoss installation. I

Hi Alex,
of course BPMN is not for creating an executable process. It's more for
creating an abstract business process which is being transformed into bpel code
and then further refined.

Hi,
I am drawing my BPMN diagrams with the Eclipse SOA Tools Project BPMN Editor.
Do you know a recommend way to get this diagram to BPEL so that it can be run
within JBoss?
I've read that JBoss is BPEL 2.0 compliant, thus if I find a solution to
transform BPMN to BPEL and refine it with the E
Ok, thanks. I will give it a try and hope, that it works :)

Hi svadu,
thanks. Good to know, that JBoss works on it. Tomcat should be enough for my
app. But you have only been working with JSF, not the full JBoss Seam
framework, right?

Hi,
thanks for your answers. Well sorry. I meant, I wanna run the applications on
this machine. The development will happen on another one. So I don't need
eclipse or anything else but JBoss Seam with a database behind working on it.
More memory or cpu power is not possible at the moment and I
Hi,
I have an old machine and wanna use it for developing with jboss seam. It is a
600 MHz machine with 256 MB RAM, running an ubuntu linux.
Do you think this is enough for jboss seam? Should I use the JBoss AS or Tomcat
with seam? Tomcat should use less memory right?

Hi,
what do I have to do to change the portal page, that displays the different
portlets? I wanna change the layout and some things, how portlets are
displayed. I have the source code installed, but I don't find where to start :)
Maybe you can give me some hints, what files I have to check.

Hi,
I am currently exploring WSRP, especially WSRP 2.0 (the draft). Does JBoss
already have any WSRP 2.0 implementation?
Is JBoss using WSRP4J in JBoss Portal 2.6? Or is it your own implementation?
Can you tell me anything about WSRP 2.0 in JBoss Portal in the future?
How important is WSRP (
