We are trying to use a public render parameter in one of our portlets but we
are seeing some odd behavior with the value stored in the public parameter. If
we have a public render parameter setup as appurl and append ?appurl=test into
the URL, our portlet is properly displaying that appurl =
Along with the above information, we have tried using bindings for both
alias-binding and parameter-binding in the *-object.xml file and the outcome
was always the same.

I am using the jboss-portlet.xml file to add javascript files systematically
into the portal environment. However, I want to use the defer functionality
of the script tag but the DTD does not support this functionality. I updated
the DTD, but whatever is used to process the xml file behind
I would like this functionality as well. I have used other Portal vendors in
the past, they had this functionality by setting a custom mode called SOLO.

I am trying to tokenize the values in the ldap_identity-config.xml file,
however all of the values stay in their ${...} string format. I have put
tokens in the login-config.xml file and they are translated properly into their
corresponding System property. As an example:
