I've moved the performance framework in its own repository (https://svn.jboss.org/repos/messaging/projects/perf/trunk/) I've also updated the documentation (http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossJMSNewPerformanceBenchmark), this is the best place to start if you want to give it a try.
