Importing the portal-2.4.0-CR3 there are three common projects (the name of the
project in the .project file is common). The identity project is named
common in the .project file and the Test project is named common in the
.project file also.

I just downloaded the jboss-portal-2.4.0-CR3-bundled.zip from sourceforge and
tried to make it work with the JBoss Eclipse IDE 1.6.0.GA which did not work:
When I create a new JBoss 4.0.x debug configuration and point it to teh
directory in which I installed the

Paul, thanks for the catch! The link on the Portal Download page
http://labs.jboss.com/portal/jbossportal/download was wrong. I have updated it
now, with the right file. The link in the forum release announcement points to
all distributions, you can always use it and select your desired format
