Understandable. I was initially trying it to get it to talk to SAP Portal (SAP
is not following the WSRP spec very strictly), then I thought I'd try it for
regular things. Is there an ETA on 2.7?

I had a 2.6 Producer and a 2.7 Consumer, it didn't matter what portlet I tried
to remote. Try the Current Logged in User portlet. I created a page in the
default portal, created a new instance of the portlet and added that to the
page. The exception happened when I went to view the page.

There was also a problem I found when the consumer is 2.7. Here's the
exception:

Hmm, there was an issue with a double-encoding not long ago and I thought it
