JBoss AS 5 is not ready yet and Seam is not tested against JBoss 5 yet. I think
it's better to use JBoss AS 4.2.2.GA instead.

with the same version of Seam and JBoss, I am able to start JBoss successfully
but deployment of booking EAR is not successfull:
