I tested them on CVS20070326, and it seems that the two exceptions were fixed.

Hi Gavin, thanks for your reply. How about the second
LazyInitializationException on the first thread? It seems I should not get the
Lazy exception since I use Seam persistence manager. My code works fine in
Seam1.2.0Patch1, but failed in the CVS. Thanks.

Oh, I'm sorry, that's NoSuchMethodError, of course.
The cause of this one is an incompatibility b/w Seam 1.2 and icefaces. It's our
fault, I actually had been warned that icefaces is using that method of our
internal APIs and there is a comment in the code.
However, we broke it by this commit:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodException always means that you have incompatible jars
floating around. Probably two copies of jboss-seam.jar.
