Main theme is to generate pages at runtime. I wanna store user requirements in
XML or Db then generate JSF pages and place them in server. I am not sure what
kind of page user wanna generate.

The view descriptors are written in xml - JSP Document format (AFAIK) and
Facelets must be valid xml - so I don't see why you couldn't generate them with
xslt. A quick google even threw up some articles.
But why?? What are you hoping to achieve?

no I am not,
I just want to generate a JSF page outside Seam, from some generator using XSLT
and XML. That generated page can be placed inside the Jboss after generation.

Hi,
You must be kidding!
XSLT is for year 2004 and beyond, or maybe for FO pdf generation.
Seam stateful applications you don't generate with XSLT:-)
