If you mean an e-mail that will be send to the user after registration, with a
link in it to activate the account, you can find the code for this in the
examples/wiki/ directory in Seam CVS (I guess an older version in the Seam2
beta).

Not quite sure what you mean by registration confirmation, but if you want to
work with url parameters, the best way is usually to use page parameters:
