be aware that using this option on JBoss AS 4.0.5 it breaks the seam mail
functionality...

On my machine I had to change thing in
E:\installed\jboss-4.2.1.GA\server\default\deploy\jboss-web.deployer\META-INF\jboss-service.xml

In JBoss there is a server-wide setting that will take care of it. Look in
deploy\jbossweb-tomcat55.sar\META-INF\jboss-service.xml
set UseJBossWebLoader=true

it's a jboss classloader problem
it has been discussed in this forum, try searching for webclassloader
the current not perfect solution if i remember well is to instruct jboss/tomcat
to share the classlaoder
