thanx, that works, but I still don't understand why the hibernate-config does
not work:
I thought, the following 2 configurations should do the same:
persistence.xml - works

hibernate.cfg.xml - does not work
|
|
|
|
any ideas?

The examples/wiki/codebase uses custom hibernate listeners. You are extending
the wrong listener superclass.
