Sorry but I am trying to stay 100% with the IceFaces suite as I am trying to create an example app using all their components (to upload to wiki). I have implemented the upload component from there. Now just waiting till IceFaces new release comes out when it might work. ;) View the original

Yup. It came in after I had the icefaces one coded (+progres bar). In fact the seam one has the ability to filter the file type that the user can attach and as such has more funtionality (A feature I asked for in the IceFaces forum) If you say Seam is IceFaces compatable; then theirs better

Please update doco on 12.4.2. Configuring a rules file Seam Security expects to find a RuleBase component called securityRules which it uses to evaluate permission checks. This is configured in components.xml as follows: drools:rule-base name=securityRules
