You'll also need a newer JDK than 1.4.2 -- Eclipse 3.4 and 3.5 both require JDK
5.0 or 6.0.

yes, 3.2.4 is very old..but it also sounds like you have eclipse registred as
your system editor for .jsp since why else would eclipse ask for your workspace
again ?

Eclipse is 3.2.4 is very old release of eclipse. It's better to you update on
new version (eclipse 3.5) from eclipse.org. Also you can add to eclipse jboss
tools or use jboss studio. Here documentation
