I'm glad to hear that it works for you now. But I'm afraid that the bug may
still exist and you just can not repruduce it anymore ;)
Anywaay if you bump into the same problem again and can desribe steps to
reproduce it for sure then please report it to JIRA.

but I you say clean/build doesn't help...
Do you reproduce it only for some particular project or for every EAR project

JBossTools-ALL-win32-3.0.0.GA-N200902101801-H1424.
Also for me there is a bug...

Sounds like a bug.
So you just have some JavaBean like:
...
| @Name("somename")
| public class SomeClass {...}
|
And CA for #{somename...} doesn't work, correct?
Which version of JBoss Tools do you use?
Did you try clean/build on your project?

I want to use the content assist with my javabean seam annotate component. My
project was created with JBoss Tools wizard, and I've choose EAR deploy manner.
With this system, the content assist work fine with ejb seam annotate component
and with natural seam component like org.jb
