I think the "no model -> action dependencies" in new seam web projects might be a little confusing for some (hoping that it's not only me) since adding a reference from an entity to an action results in a NoClassDefFoundError at deploy time. Now with DDD being hip and all, it would be nice to be able to put business logic into the domain objects. I wouldn't mind if it would only be the actions that would be hot-deployable as long as the project would be deployable at all...
