When I checked the deployment structure of 4.x it was different from 5.x. It was giving me Exception, java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1 java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1938) cdac.medinfo.sdk.dcm30_04.utils.DicomConstants.getResourceLocation(DicomConstants.java:743) When I debug the code, then I found that, it gave me exception when I tried, class.getResourceLocation I tried in JBoss 4.x and with Apache Tomcat 6.x it works fine.
