The biggest problem I have with JBoss is Java Server Faces. The newest versions of the application server (4.2+) use Sun's JSF implementation which leads to ClassCastExceptions with many JBoss projects using MyFaces. This is a big deal! Projects like jBPM, Seam, and Portal are left with broke
