Yep, you need admin credentials for specific forums. I do not have those.
btw, Tom, you prove yourself wrong there. You have to ditch the n in

I'm glad to hand over this patent without any costs and refrain from using this
statement ever again in the future. There is only one condition. creating a
static topic read me first you stupid A at the top of this forum with
some statements and links in there.

It is easy to add action handlers to each event. Process and task
create/completion have their own events, and you can add your own custom
handlers.
