I've read through the Seam documentation and sample projects and code. The concepts seem very exciting and I'd really like to try this out.
Will this run with regular Hibernate as opposed to a full EJB 3.0 container? Can I continue to use "*.hbm.xml" mapping documents rather than EJB 3.0 style annotations? Will this run in Tomcat 5.5.x? Glassfish? Or only JBoss AS? I couldn't find any cheap Java hosting that uses anything but Tomcat (and I can't host myself). Have people gotten this working under NetBeans? If so, version 5.0 or 5.5 prerelease?
