I phoned up and moaned at their Customer Services people and they
pointed me at an FTP site where I downloaded it as a straight zip file.
While this was an OK outcome it did annoy me especially as the .exe is
compressed with a strange compression tool and even after I'd
uncompressed it, it wouldn'
ss setting if specified. I'll make that change.
