I'm normally an IntelliJ user and looking into using Eclipse for java web 
development. It seems that one of the major differences is that IntelliJ has a 
heavily Wizard based j2ee interface. In IntelliJ you never directly need to 
edit the web.xml file and you never directly need to control what goes into the 
ear or war files. Do such wizards exist for Eclipse?
