Sounds like you no defined JBOSS_HOME environmetn var, therefore the jboss donÂt bind
the jar files.
Please send D:/JavaRelated/JavaDev/jboss-3.2.5/server/default/log/boot.log

In helloworldnow.war\WEB-INF searh for a file named web.xml. It contains information
about servlets used, servlet-mapping, servlet-name, url-pattern, ejb-ref, etc.

Hi. This file exist on all/lib, default\lib and minimal\lib.
Please check the boot.log and search for:
