I'm trying to get an MBean to run once all other parts of our application has been
deployed. No matter what service I try to make it depend on, I still get Incomplete
Deployment exceptions. Is there an easy service to depend on to notify JBoss when it
is OK to deploy this?

Thats what I thought - pity, it is very useful behaviour but I can't use it an keep
our app portable.

JBoss implements a DLQ for messages that exceded the retry threshhold, which is very
useful behaviour in our app. I was just curious if the J2EE spec. includes something
similar? I can't see anything, but I may be missing something...

Hello,
I know I can get log4j to use a different appended for a particular package of classes
- but I've no idea how to configure this in log4j.xml. Anyone got any examples where
the bulk of logging messages go to server.log and logging messages from a particular
package go to another log file?
There's an error in this doc - the Point-to-Point MDB example ejb-jar on page 321 has
the element included *after* . Not such a problem if you
actually read the docs, but very frustrating if you cut and past the example and it
doesn't work...
