my application is with two languages english and german.i have to deploy it to

The default language for linux is german

I am using Redhatlinux9.0 and i need to start my jboss server when the os
starting.
how can i make this possible
i tried different options
made script and put it in init.d and made a symbolic link in rc.d.
but its not woking.
also i call the run.sh in rc.local .but its also fails
