thanks for your reply
but why is the JBoss process not using all the CPU's ?
I thought that every session bean is running in its own thread which could be
connected to a native OS thread (we are using Sun's JDK 1.4.2_08)

We have a J2EE application (Statefull and Stateless Session Beans + CMP Entity
Beans) running on JBoss 3.0.4
We are expeiencing scalability problems on our 4 CPU sun machine.
The JBoss Server is only using 1 of the processors.
Is there a way to tell JBoss to use all CPU's
thx in advance

to avoid expensive JNDI lookups to datasource is it possible to use the singleton

Hi guys,
We want to migrate our app to a new version of JBoss. The new release will be rolled
out to our customers by end of this year. My question:
is it safer to use JBoss 3.2.x or can we tke the risk and start with 4.0
thx in advance
