I found out a way. Not sure if it is valid area but
the DeploymentFileRepository mbean under jboss.admin
allows one to send a file contents which gets deployed.
Works great.

o get them deployed programatically.
The datasources will be used only by this mbean.

I did this once in JBoss 2.4 but a lot has changed since then.
