when posting html and Word text into our application we find the punctuations save fine in the database but display as ? marks when viewing through a browser.
The fix has been to delete and re-enter the punctuation chars and repost - this display problem (changing punctuations to ? marks) did not occur before our Jboss upgrade and upgrade to RH 9.0. Is there a solution to stop this from happening?
