You mean, because the chapter 2 says:

Go to TOOLS>UPDATE CENTER
then enable the Netbeans Update Beta Center.
Click on NEXT.
Then go into the window 'Available Updates and New Modules'.
There you click on the JBOSS modul and download the file.

I installed the version 4.0.3 SP1 on Windows XP.
I didn't change any configuration files.
I get the following message:
