Er axlly it's on a unix based server. Although I can access the file system
from windows.

Everything inside these four directories,
..\jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\work\,
..\jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\data\,
..\jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\log\,
and
..\jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\tmp\,
is somehow in use, despite the fact that jboss is not running. I can't update
my jboss server
