hsqldb-ds.xml file, there is DefaultDS for the jndi-name setting as follows:

Acutally, i have done what you suggested for a couple of times before. before i
used old version of jboss and j2ee and i got the same errors. then i downloaded
the new version of jboss and j2ee and went through the Getting Started with
