In Ch 4, section 4.1.7.2, I can execute up to the db-create target. However,
when I ran the db-insert target, it gave me a file not found error. Sure
enough, this file was missing from the example/bank/sql dir. I looked in
jboss233-src.zip and it also does not contain this script. The only scrip
