Under manage html choose link from the dropdown and then press the new page button. It
asks for the following information

The file id represents the path under which the content is available, it must look

I searched everywhere and could not figure this one out. I am interested in how to
properly specify an html link and how to refer to them either in other html or as a
url.
What is the benefit?
