That was the problem! Thanks! I couldn't copy the commandline in the doc
because I retrieved it from CVS using Eclipse, and I had to jump through some
hoops to figure out how to get Eclipse to get the branch rather than HEAD.

Probably {jboss.home}\server\{server.type}\conf\log4j.xml...
The default {server.type} is "default", of course.

I'm trying to build JBoss from CVS. I followed the instructions at
