Hi , I have an urgent problem where recently we have been running JBOSS 3.2.5. on AIX 5.2 (takes about 30 seconds to start).
We have recently moved the same system to a newly setup box AIX 5.3. elsewhere and it takes about 24 minutes!! to start up JBoss and then each of the later processes using JBOSS also takes a significant longer amount of time. If run on windows, again it is fast. We have been looking into the problem, has anyone ever seen this problem before? Any suggestions? Anything to look for? This seems to be similar to the post of jdebruin 'JBOSS ON AIX VERY SLOW' on November 9th. I would be grateful for any input on the subject as this preventing us from appropriately running the application. Thank you.
