why jobss is giving this exception.. I am not serialising org.apache.log4j.Logger

how i can use diffrenent type of Database in jboss for creating entity beans.
ex:

create a jndi.properties file with folowing entries and place it in your path
java.naming.factory.initial=org.jboss.naming.HttpNamingContextFactory
java.naming.provider.url=http://host:8080/invoker/JNDIFactory
java.naming.factory.url.pkgs=org.jboss.naming:org.jnp.interfaces
