Pass the sytem properties as below for the command line executable.
-Djboss.server.base.dir=/opt/application
-Djboss.server.lib.url=file:/opt/application/instancename/lib \

know if I want to create a new instance, create a new directory under server and
amend the configurations. Run this instance using run.sh -c .
