You need to install the plug in from Sun, should come with the JRE.
Just because one applet works doesn't prove that you are set up correctly to run all
applets.

Is anyone able to run web console in jboss? Since i am not able to run this. And even

You need to have JRE Plugin installed on your machine and make sure that make sure
that under Tools-Internet Options->Advanced Tab of your Internet Explorer, Java Plugin
is enabled.
Java Plugin needs to be enabled for the left navigation pane applet to get displayed
in JBoss Web Console.
