What do you mean by max user?
Maximum number of users logged on to a web app?
Maximum number of concurrent requests that can be processed by web app?
Maximum number of a session bean that can process requests concurrently?
Something else?

I found that config that in tomcat Manager-MaxActiveSession.
But I don't know how to do that in jboss
