I have build portal for the source, it works fine to Start JBoss.
So it means the guidline of manual setup for the binary may miss some of the
setting.

(But it seems the portal use UDP to communicate between node, My compant is
restricted to use UDP, I don't know how to

We run our portal in cluster, but I haven't seen the errors that you have. May
be you should try compiling the code rather than making changes to the XML
files. I found it a lot easier than making changes manually. You might have
missed some files, or the documentation may not be up-to-date.
