It turns out that only the online docs have section 2.5.3. The docs that are
distributed with JBoss Portal source project don't have this section.

You may want to update the JBoss Portal 2.2 User Guide pdf document. The
things referenced in the message above that are in the html version are not in
the pdf document. I would have saved a lot of time if I knew this.

thanks to all to have helped me.
I recreated the tables and the content whit hibernate mbean ... a couple of
times ... and now all is ok :-).

You can try this, it works for me with an Oracle9i database and last versions
of JBoss AS and JBoss portal (not the bundled pack)...i'm not an expert so i'm
not sure it's the best solution but now i have a great install of the portal
with no errors.
I have modified these files:
