It worked. I have a duplicate commons-*.jar in my ear
file that's already in the jbossweb-tomcat41.sar.

When I deploy my ear file without a jboss-app.xml the
ear file deploys fine. But when I add a jboss-app.xml
it displays an error. BTW, I'm using jboss-3.2.2.
