"all" and "default" are two configurations in which JBoss 3.0 can be run.
JBOSS_HOME/server/all/conf directory is one in which the configuration
files of the configuration "all" is placed. Likewise about

related settings can be made:
0) in JBOSS_HOME/server/all/conf and
1) in JBOSS_HOME/server/default/conf
