unsubscribe !!!!

how to unsubscribe from this never ending mailing list? there is no
option on jboss.org site to unsubscribe from this list? 
is it mistake or they had done it intentionally?

any way I want to get out of this list, since it is too much load for my
mail box.

Please help me.
