Its supposed to already be fixed in 3.2.1, see the following bug report.

Running 3.2.1. In the jboss-service.xml file for my SAR, I have the
following:
nems.masergy.com:loader=nems_activation_mbean.sar
The second classpath statement is all on one line. This works fine as
is. However, if I introduce any whitespace into the archives clause in
the 2nd classpa
jboss.home.dir is the correct system property, but we do not currently
resolve property references in arguments to mbean constructors. We do
resolve property references in attribute values, so this will not work:
