In the example searching is working only for the list - not for the

Does anybody have a working example on searching. I have tried following the
example in the documentation but haven't made much headway as the example is
incomplete. I am getting no results from my search form (most likely I am
doing it the wrong way).
A short example with a form defined (beginn
