You can take a look at jde.util.AntServer
It uses the main method to pass the arguments and sets up a SecurityManager to
avoid ANT from killing the app.
Note, this is exactly what the ANT developers say not to do in their
documentation. (Calling their API from main)

explaining exactly how to do this. I believe the
