We weren't passing the users full CLASSPATH so we were getting errors in javadoc generation that weren't necessary. IE net.jxta.impl.peergroup.Boot - this looks like a problem with the -classes file. - this could be a bug with the texidoclet due to conflicting (short) class names. - we are now parsing out package-tree.info instead of package-classes.info.
