I paid XCode 4 on Snow Leopard via AppStore some month ago.
I just want to get it back but it seems Apple forget this in AppStore :-(

Go to https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action and you can find Xcode
4.2 for Snow Leopard. Unfortunately I think you have to be a paid Mac or iOS
developer to get it.
3.2.6 is available, though.
