I have successfully staged the JDO 3.0.1 artifact bundle to Maven central. See https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MVNCENTRAL-160 for details, including the successfully uploaded artifact bundle. The problem was that my signatures were not "detached" (meaning I used "gpg -a ..." instead of "gpg -ab ...").
I will advise with confirmation of success or failure when I get it.
